About Eight-Bot AI

Enterprise AI built by people who have done enterprise software for two decades

We're not an AI startup that discovered enterprise software last year. We're a nearly two-decade-old Microsoft Partner that recognized AI as the most important shift in enterprise software since the move to the cloud — and built a practice around it.

The company

Eight-Bot — nearly two decades of enterprise delivery

Eight-Bot is a Chicago-based enterprise software consultancy and Microsoft Partner. Since the early days of Xamarin, we've been building production mobile, cloud, and platform software for large organizations — the kind of companies where "enterprise-grade" isn't marketing copy, it's a compliance requirement.

Our clients have included large restaurant chains, logistics and supply chain companies, global relocation firms, regional grocery retailers, and wildlife conservation organizations. The work has always been complex, often regulated, and always expected to be running on Monday morning.

That background shapes how we approach AI. We don't build demos. We build software that auditors can live with, that security teams can approve, and that your users will actually use.

Chicago, Illinois

Headquartered in Chicago. We work with enterprise clients across the US and internationally.

Microsoft Partner

An official Microsoft Partner since the Xamarin era. Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and the full AI stack are our home ground.

Enterprise experience since the Xamarin era

We've been building for enterprise on the Microsoft stack through mobile, cloud, and now the AI era. The stack changes; the bar for production quality doesn't.

The AI practice

Why eightbot.ai

eightbot.ai is the AI practice of Eight-Bot — a focused practice within the firm dedicated to Microsoft AI: Copilot Studio agents, Azure AI Foundry solutions, and agentic development on .NET.

We separated the AI practice into its own identity for a specific reason: the buyer for an AI engagement is often different from the buyer for a mobile or platform project. Executives evaluating their first AI initiative need to know they're talking to people who have done this before — not generalists who added "AI" to their service list in 2024.

The two practices share everything: the team, the standards, the Microsoft Partnership, and the two-decade track record. What eightbot.ai adds is depth — dedicated focus on AI architecture, evaluation, governance, and enablement in the Microsoft ecosystem.

How the practices relate

Eight-Bot (eightbot.com)

Enterprise software consultancy. Mobile, cloud, platform. Nearly two decades of .NET and Microsoft delivery.

Eight-Bot AI (eightbot.ai)

The AI practice. Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, agentic .NET development, AI training and jumpstarts.

Same team, same standards, same Microsoft Partnership. Two entry points for two different buying conversations.

Let's figure out if we're the right fit

An AI readiness assessment is a focused conversation — not a sales call. We'll tell you honestly what we think, including if a different approach makes more sense.
